It 's my experience with the CHI flat iron and curling iron CHI Turbo. Warranty: Farouk Systems, Inc. offers a guarantee of one (1) year from date of purchase against defects covered against defects in materials or workmanship. Are not covered by the guarantee of steel parts, plastic parts, flex cable are, and damage caused by improper use. Sounds a bit 'contradictory .... Judge for yourself!
